Hello Again…I have been off making sausage. Yep, sausage. We made Italian, spicy Italian, Jalapeno cheddar brats, breakfast sausage, summer sausage…200 lbs of sausage all together. Whew. It is a annual family tradition. But now I am back in crafty land and I have three cards for you today to make up for my absence.

Good Morning! I have been busy here in my scrapbook room making lots of cards. Unfortunately a couple of them I cannot show you until the release date. Boo 🙁 But I do have this one featuring a Tiddly Inks image that I just bought with a gift certificate my Mom gave me. What a great Mom I have!!! Love those Wyrn images.
Isn’t she adorable? I used Copics and for the life of me cannot find the slip of paper that I wrote down which ones I used. So sorry.

Today’s card features a free image from Beccy’s place. Isn’t she fun! Thanks Beccy!
I colored her with my favorite: copics. Thanks to a tutorial I saw at Prairie, Ink and Paper I was able to draw her a sidewalk. Love her blog. If you haven’t checked it out you should. Loads of good info.
I used Spellbinders Labels 5 and Cheery Lynn Designs Tropical Flourish and Martha Stewart Arch Lattice punch to add the backgound. The sentiment was printed from my computer.
Well I am off for a bike ride…just kidding, but she does make it look fun.

Just another quick post. Today is a reminder to myself. Simple pleasures are life’s treasures. So with that said I am off to make some chocolate chip cookies. Sounds like a simple pleasure to me. 🙂

Mornin’ Gang!
Awhile back I talked about how my word for the year would be GROW. I haven’t really blogged much about it, but this year I am trying to push myself to go beyond my comfort zone. Starting this blog was the first step. Today I am going to take another step and enter a card in a challenge. This is the first time I have actually designed a card from a sketch.
