Hi Guys, just a little post today. As some of you probably already know, Google Reader will no longer be available as of July 1st, 2013. What does this mean for you? Well, if you follow my blog via WordPress or via email, nothing will change for you. However, if you would like all your blogs in one place..Read on. But, if you get my posts via Google Reader, you will need to make a small change. Read on.
When I started following blogs, I subscribed using my email or Google Reader. Then I got a blog and found new friends at WordPress and followed their blogs on WordPress. But I now follow quite a few blogs and it really fills up my email, especially when I am away from a computer for a couple of days. And I have to check several places to see them all. So I did some exploring and found Bloglovin’. This is a site where you can read all your blogs that you follow in one place. You can even set up categories to organize them if you’d like. It looks much like the WordPress reader. It is free to sign up. I have mine set up so that once a day I get one email with all of that day’s posts.
This is just a snippit of what today’s email looked like. I can then click on the blog to go to into their blog to read more. At anytime, I can go to Bloglovin’ directly and see all the blogs that I subscribe to.
Here are the latest posts of the day from your favorite blogs

I am finding that I love not having so many emails and I can see at a glance how many posts from each blog that I haven’t read. So I no longer need to check them out ASAP so that my email doesn’t get out of hand.
So check it out and if you want to follow me using bloglovin’ there is a button on the right side of my home page. You can add any blog to bloglovin’ , even WordPress blogs, just by copy and pasting (or manually entering) their blog address into the Search for blogs bar at bloglovin’. Bloglovin’ will pull up the blog, you click on follow and you are all set.
You can check them out here. Also they will import all of your Google Reader blogs over to bloglovin’ so you don’t have to. Whoop! Whoop!
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have ANY questions at all. I do not want to lose you.
I hope that this has been helpful.
Wendy
