Hey friends. This blog post is nothing but photos from our trip to Idaho. I hope you enjoy the beauty this state has to offer. Jazzy makes an appearance or two as well. You can click on any photo and it will enlarge. In order of appearance:
Geyser at Soda Springs, Shoshone Falls (3), thousand springs falls, Mammoth cave, sawtooth mountain ranges, pronghorn (antelope), more sawtooth mountains, one of the huge rivers, Lonnie and Jazz playing the fishing pole game*, Hells Canyon (2) Eastern Idaho valley, Overlook of old Highway just outside Lewiston, Jazz, Lonnie catching a small mouth bass, Moyie Falls, Lake Pend Orielle, tired lil’ dogger, Almost home, Home sweet home (this is not my farm) just my town.
*fishing pole game is where Lonnie ties a stick to the fishing line and casts it out and Jazzy has to find it and catch it. As soon as he sees it, Lonnie starts reeling it in. Jazz is super smart and learned that if you put your foot on the line- as opposed to the stick- it cannot be reeled in… what a stinker! This dog will play this game till he drops of exhaustion. It is a rare treat for him. He especially likes it cast into the lake (not too far though) just enough to get dirty LOL
It was hard to narrow the list of great photos down… A special thanks to my new friend Alexandra Lundgren for all the advice and help in planning this awesome trip.
Thanks for looking! Wendy and Jazz
Looks like a fabulous vacation and trip to Idaho! Love all your pics. Your doggie is so adorable! Thanks for sharing your photos. Love looking at people’s trips!
Wow that looks like paradise. Great pictures you made. Especially love the one with Jazzy in the car haha. He had a kings seat 🙂
Hugs Anne
Amazing landscape pictures. You captured the beauty of nature perfectly. Lol at Jazz on top of all your packed things in the car. A dog can find a place to sleep anywhere.
Greatings,
Inge
