I just discovered memory box dies.  I can’t believe I have been crafting this long and hadn’t know of their existence.  What planet have I been living on?  I love their selection.  I bought a couple the other day and I see my wallet shrinking in the future.

On a personal note, Cathy our broker came and checked out the house and we are now ready for the appraisal.  I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
