This sweet little gal is from Swiss Pixies Birgitta Blowing Hearts.  I colored her with copics.  Papers are from Prima Marketing Madeline Collection.  aren’t they beautiful?  Doily is from Michaels cake department.   I can’t wait to get a Cheery Lynn die for doilies til then… Spellbinders Scalloped dies.

This card looks like a Valentine’s day, but it could be used for any day wishes card.
